Thai prawn salad

Try out this quick, delicious and healthy salad.

Ingredients

 
  • 300
    g
    cooked prawns
  • 1
    coriander leaves
  • 1
    handful
    rosa tomatoes
  • 1
    cucumber
  • 150
    ml
    Woolworths Peanut, Chilli and Coriander sauce
  • 2
    bunches
    Rice vermicilli noodles
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Thinly slice the rosa tomatoes and cucumber. Cook the noodles as per the packet instructions. Mix all the ingredients together, (reserving some of the coriander for a garnish). Plate and garnish with the fresh coriander.
