Cream margarine & sugar together until smooth. Add flour a little at a time and mix to margarine & sugar mix. Take small portions of the mix and roll out. Cut into shapes & bake @ 140 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly brown. You can add Cherries or other decorations before baking
For melting moments – change ingredients as follows:- flour = 2cups & half a cup of maizina/corn flour. Once baked, dip in melted baking chocolate
For coconut biscuits – change ingredients as follows:- flour = 2cups & half a cup of desiccated coconut
For chocolate chips cookies – change ingredients as follows:- flour = 2cups & half a cup of chocolate chips
