Ingredients (10)

2 c flour — all-purpose
2 tsp Baking powder
pinch salt
3/4 c butter
2 eggs
1 c pumpkin — mashed, cold
Syrup
1 1/2 cup water — boiled
1 cup sugar
2 Tbs butter
pinch nutmeg — ground

Method:

Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Rub in the butter.
Add eggs and mix. If the mixture is too dry, add some milk.
Roll out the dough into a block.
Spread the pumpkin over the dough and roll it closed.
Cover with apricot jam and place the pie in greased casserole dish.
Mix
ingredients for syrup in a bowl. Add boiling water to the mixture and stir until sugar
dissolved.Pour it around the pie.
Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
