Pineapple cremora tart
 


 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 500
    g
    Cremora
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • +- 250
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 1
    c
    water
  • 1 packet Tennis Biscuits
  • 1 tin crushed pineapple(optional)
 
 

Method

 
Mix water and cremora untill smooth. Add condensed milk. Then thicken the mixture with lemon juice and add drained crushed pienapple. Crush the biscuits mix with little butter to make base. Place biscuit mix in a dish, then spoon the cremora mixture over the base. Place in fridge for +- 1 hour. Enjoy
