Pesto Alfredo

Ingredients (10)

0.5 onion
250 g mushrooms
1 tsp garlic — cloves
1 green pepper
1 soup powder — white onion
250 g bacon
300 ml cream
500 g pasta — fettuccine
5 tbsp pesto — basil
butter

Method:

Chop the onion and green pepper into small blocks and the mushroom into strips, the bacon can be cut in any for just as long as it is not to big pieces.
Fry the bacon in the butter till just before crispy remove and put in a bowl.
Use the same pan to fry the onion, green pepper, mushroom and garlic for about 5minutes then adds the white onion soup powder and mix well add the bacon and slowly mix the cream in also.
Leave for 10 minutes just before dishing up add the pesto and mix well.
 Cook the pasta while leaving for 10 minutes.
