Method:

Layer tray with tennis biscuits as the base. Whip cream and add caramel and mix well until light and fluffy. Scoop mixture over biscuits. Sprinkle crushed peppermint chocolate over. Layer with biscuits and scoop mixture over again and sprinkle flake over. Put in fridge overnight to set 8-10 sufficient and then it is ready to serve on its own or with a scoop of ice cream.
