Ingredients (8)

eggs
2 tsp Baking powder
125 g margarine
60 ml water — hot
1 sugar
salt — just a pinch
coconut
peaches — tinned slices

Method:

Beat eggs, margarine & sugar together. Add water and beat. Add dry ingredients and beat. Drain peaches and cut into medium peaces and add to mixture. Spray a 2 liter square bowl and throw mix in bowl. Bake in pre-heated oven on 180 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Prepare sauce in the meantime by bringing sugar, water and sauce from pieces to boil until sugar is melted. Once tart is baked, pour sauce over hot tart and serve hot with custard or as is.

1 cup sugar
1 cup water
