Peach ala Carte Chutney



 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 2
    kg
    Yellow cling Peaches
  • 3
    kg
    Onions, chopped fine
  • 1
    kg
    sugar
  • 750
    ml
    Vinegar
  • 20
    ml
    Curry powder
  • 15
    ml
    Turmeric
  • 20
    ml
    Mixed spice
  • 5
    handful
    cloves
  • 15
    ml
    salt
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
* Peel peaches and chop fine removing the pips * Boil everything together for one and half hour until the fluid has boiled away and the chutney has thickened. * Remove the cloves and bottle in sterilized bottles * Store in a cool place
