Ingredients (8)

700 g papaya
70 g feta cheese — crumbled
1 handful grapes — seedless
5 cm celery stalks
150 ml yoghurt — plain
1 handful fresh mint — chopped
lettuce — to serve
1 onion — medium, chopped

Method:

Seed, peel and cut pawpaw into chunks.
Halve grapes and seed.

Chop celery, onion and mint.

Serve pawpaw on a bed of lettuce, topped with the other ingredients and yoghurt (if preferred).
