Pawpaw and Feta Salad



 
 

Ingredients

    Pawpaw
  • 70
    g
    Feta, crumbed
  • 1
    handful
    Grapes (seedless)
  • 5
    cm
    Celery
  • 150
    ml
    Natural Yoghurt (optional)
  • 1
    handful
    Mint, chopped
  • Lettuce, for serving
  • 1
    medium Onion, chopped
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Seed, peel and cut pawpaw into chunks. Halve grapes and seed. Chop celery, onion and mint. Serve pawpaw on a bed of lettuce, topped with the other ingredients and yoghurt (if preferred).
