Parmesan mini meatballs

Ingredients

 
  • 1
    kg
    lean beef mince
  • 1
    handful
    chopped parsley fresh
  • 1
    cloves
    garlic finely chopped
  • 4
    cup
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1
    tbsp
    olive oil
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Into the mince meat, add all the above ingredients and salt and pepper to season.
Roll the mixture into mini meat balls just smaller than a golf ball.
Place in a greased baking dish and put in an oven preheated to 180°C. Cook for 30 mins or until browned evenly.
Serve as a snack with drinks, in pitas or even with spagetti and marinara sauce.
The parmesan will keep them binded.
