PORK AND ORANGE CASSEROLE



 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 685
    g
    COOKED PORK
  • 1
    JUICE OF ONE ORANGE
  • 6
    tsp
    MAYONNAISE
  • 3
    tsp
    CURRY SAUCE
  • 1
    tsp
    CURRY POWDER
  • 3
    ORANGES, PEELED AND SECTIONED GARNISH WITH SPRING ONIONS
 
 

Method

 
Cut pork into small pieces and mix with the orange juice. Combine mayonnaise, curry sauce and powder and add to the orange pieces. Pour over the pork and mix well. Chill and serve garnished with chopped or whole spring onions. This can be prepared one or two days in advance and kept in the refrigerator. In fact, flavours will be better after they have had time to marinate.
