Method

 
SAUTE MIXED PEPPERS AND ONIONS FOR A FEW MINUTES, REMOVE FROM THE PAN AND FRY THE SAUSAGES IN THE SAME PAN WITH 2 CLOVES OF GARLIC. bRING WATER TO BOIL AND ADD PASTA, WELL AL DENTE, RINSE WELL. MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A PAN, SPRINKLE WITH DRIED HERBS AND TOP WITH MOZERELLA CHEESE SLICES, DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL AND BAKE UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWN. ENJOY
