Noodle salad

Ingredients

 
  • 500
    g
    shell noodles
  • 200
    ml
    sugar
  • 250
    ml
    tomato sauce
  • 1
    green pepper
  • 1
    onion
  • 25
    ml
    curry powder (mild)
  • 125
    ml
    vinegar
  • 125
    ml
    sunfower oil
  • tobasco sauce

Method

 
Cook noodles according to instructions.
Cut greenpepper and onion roughly.
When noodles are cooked, add pepper and onion.
Allow to cool.
Mix all the other ingredients well and add to noodles, peppers and onions.
Keep in refrigerator.
The longer it stands, the better. By day 3 this dish is at it best. Perfect with a braai.
