Moroccan inspired steak sarmie

Ingredients (13)

500 g steak — rump
spice — steak and chop
1 tbsp fresh chillies — 573
1 yellow pepper — sliced
1 green pepper — deseeded and sliced
1 red pepper — deseeded and sliced
1 onion — peeled, sliced
1 garlic — cloves, crushed
1 hummus — low-fat
1 bread
1 feta cheese — reduced fat
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
1 tsp cumin

Method:

Heat a large non-stick or griddle pan.

Season steak well with salt, pepper and steak spice.
Cook steak in pan until done to your specific tastes.
Remove steak and set aside to rest.
Add olive oil, garlic, onions and peppers to pan and cook until soft, season with a bit of salt and cumin.

Heat ciabatta in the oven.
When the onion and peppers mixture is ready, slice the steak to your desired thickness, slice ciabatta loaf and spread with as much Hummus as you like.
Pile on the onion and peppers mixture,the steak slices and crumble over feta cheese.
Cut into slices and enjoy!
