Mix the water, cocoa, vanilla essence and eggs together.
Add the flour, castor sugar, baking powder and salt, mix until smooth.
Spray a middle sized microwave bowl (25cm x 25cm) with Spray & Cook, or use margarine.
Put your mixture in the bowl.
Bake in the Microwave for 8 minutes on High.
As soon as the pudding comes out the microwave put the following sauce on:
Heat half of the tin of Ideal Milk with half a cup of sugar.
Once the sugar is melted pour over the pudding.
Let the pudding cool down.
Melt one slab of chocolate with the rest of the Ideal Milk on the stove.
Pour it over the pudding.
Serve warm or cold.
