Mash potato with yoghurt



  • 4
    large potatoes
  • 2
    chrushed garlic
  • 3
    Clover natural yoghurt
  • handful
    grated clover cheddar cheese
Servings: Change Serving


Cook potatoes until soft with skin.
Peel and dice.
Put diced potatoes in a strainer to drain excess water.
Use a masher and mash pototaes.
Add garlic, salt and pepper, a little cheese and yoghurt. Mix well.
Spoon the mash potato mix into an ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of mixture.
Bake until cheese has melted and browned.
