Ingredients

 
  • yoghurt
  • brown sugar
  • cream
  • mango
 
 

Method

 

Slice the mango into thin layers and place at the bottom of a square dish. Combine equal amounts of cream and plain yoghurt in a bowl and whip lightly. Spoon the yoghurt mixture over the sliced mangos. Now sprinkle brown sugar over the top and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
