Ingredients (4)

1 chicken — whole
1 salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 chicken spice
1 lemon

Method:

Rub the chicken with the salt and pepper.

Prick lemon full of holes with fork and place the lemon inside the chicken.

Place chicken in casserol with lid on – no water! Chicken on its back

Put chicken in pre warmed oven of 180 degrees for 90 minutes.

Softest chicken you have ever eaten.
