Ingredients (8)

1 kg beef — lean
500 g spaghetti
1 cloves garlic — cloves
1 bunch fresh basil
6 tomatoes
3 Tbs fresh chillies — 573
2 spring onions
50 g parmesan cheese

Method:

Heat pot of water.
Place the mince in a bowl and mix in crushed garlic and chopped spring onion. Season with salt and pepper. Make meat balls. Bring the water to boil and place the plate on top of pot.
Put the meatballs on the plate and cover with pot lid. Allow to steam.
In seperate pot, boil pasta.
Heat oil until hot in deep pan.
Chop tomatoes in quarters and throw into the pan. Add basil leaves.
Take steamed meatballs and the juice from the meat and add it into the tomato mix.
Drain pasta when al dente and put in the tomato and meatball mix.
Serve with parmesan.
