Killer brownies

Ingredients

 
  • 200
    g
    dark chocolate
  • 200
    g
    milk chocolate
  • 250
    g
    butter
  • 4
    eggs
  • 125
    g
    brown sugar
  • 1
    tsp
    vanilla
  • 125
    g
    self raising flour
  • 125
    g
    cocoa
  • 100
    g
    dark chocolate (pieces)
  • 100
    g
    milk chocolate (pieces)
  • 100
    g
    white chocolate (pieces)

Method

 
Preheat oven to 160°C.
Grease a 30x20 cm baking tray (at least 5 cm deep) with butter or spray and cook.
Melt 200g milk chocolate and 200g dark chocolate and butter on low heat.
Whisk the eggs thoroughly and then whisk in the brown sugar and vanilla.
Add the egg mixture to the cooled chocolate mixture, continuously whisking.
Add the flour and cocoa, and whisk.
Add chocolate pieces (100g dark, 100g milk and 100g white) to mixture and stir.
Pour mixture into baking tray and bake at 160°C for 35-40 minutes.
Immediately cut in squares.
Serve hot or cold with vanilla ice cream.
