Salmon quesadillas

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 300 grams of smoked salmon, coarsely chopped
  • 8 flour tortillas


Spread out the cream cheese evenly over 4 tortillas – season with pepper. Divide the salmon. Stick on the other tortilla, pressing gently. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook each quesadilla 2 minutes on each side.

Cut quesadillas into six wedges. Serve 3 wedges per person, garnished with greens and sprinkle with pesto, and of course a lemon wedge for that lovely zing while the salmon dissolves in your mouth.
