Ingredients (5)

garlic — cloves
freshly ground black pepper
salt
potatoes
cream — fresh

Method:

Cut 2 potatoes into thin slices; rub in salt, pepper and garlic. Arrange in an oven proof dish. Add 250 ml fresh cream to the potatoes and bake for 20 min or till potatoes are soft. Enjoy warm or cold.
