Pappadum Stack

Spice these delicious pappadums up with any topping.
 


 
 

Ingredients

 
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Salad greens
  • Avocado
  • Red onions
  • 2 pappadums
  • 40
    g
    smoked salmon
 
 

Method

 
Deep fry pappadums until crisp. Put one pappadum on plate and top with salad ingredients, smoked salmon & sliced avocado. Repeat the same on top of first stack. Finish off with fresh rocket & lemon garnish.
