Mushroom on the braai

Grilled and cheesy and oh so satisfactory - try this baby out.
 


 
 

Ingredients

 
  • crushed garlic
  • silver oil
  • Grated cheese
  • Salt, black pepper & Aromat
  • 12 braai mushrooms
  • butter
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 tin all gold onion and tomato braai relish
 
 

Method

 
Take the core out of the mushrooms and place mushrooms next to each other on the foil (make a double layer of foil for strength leaving space on all sides to fold up). Chop the peppers and cores finely and mix with the garlic and braai relish. Fill the mushrooms with the mixture. Add a dot of butter to each mushroom and sprinkle with grated cheese, black pepper, salt and Aromat. Fold the sides up making a "silver foil boat". Place on the braai grid until heated through and cheese has melted.
