Mom's muffins
 


 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 4 eggs*
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 5 cups flour
  • 5
    tsp
    bi-card of soda
  • 2
    tsp
    salt
  • 4 cups buttermilk*
  • 2 cups seedless raisins (optional)
  • 300
    g
    Nutty Wheat flour
  • 1
    c
    oil*
  • glace cherries (1 small box) cut cherries in half
 
 

Method

 
Combine ingredients and beat well. Mix dry ingredients, make a well in the middle and add other mixed ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 200 for approx 20 minutes. Makes + 3 dozen. What you don't use you can store in the fridge and make when you need it. Dough can keep for 5 days.
