Ingredients (10)

eggs
1 c oil
300 g flour — nutty wheat
raisins
Buttermilk
2 tsp salt
5 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
flour
sugar
glacé cherries — halved

Method:

Combine ingredients and beat well. Mix dry ingredients, make a well in the middle and add other mixed ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 200 for approx 20 minutes. Makes + 3 dozen. What you don’t use you can store in the fridge and make when you need it. Dough can keep for 5 days.
