Sift flour and sugar in a bowl.
Heat butter, water, oil, cocoa and bring to a slight boil.
Pour warm mixture over flour mixture.
In a separate bowl beat eggs slightly.
Add amasi and mix.
Add this mixture to the flour mixture.
Mix well and pour into square metal pan.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180 dgr. C.
Heat butter, cocoa, amasi and bring to the boil.
Sift in icing sugar.
Stir mixture to make smooth chocolate sauce.
Pour chocolate sauce over warm cake. Once cooled cut into squares and serve with fresh cream.
