Hot tropical fruit salad

Ingredients

 
  • 2
    bananas
  • half a pineapple
  • 1
    tsp
    butter
  • 1
    tbsp
    Demerara sugar
  • 1
    large mango
 
 

Method

 
Peel and thickly slice the bananas, the mango and the pineapple and place on a large square of tin foil. Sprinkle with the sugar and dot with the butter. Draw the foil together into a parcel and bake at about 200 degrees Celsius. Serve with Greek yoghurt or a good quality vanilla ice cream.
