Ingredients (9)

500 ml Buttermilk
500 g flour — self-raising
5 ml oregano
eggs
100 ml fresh parsley
5 ml aromat
5 ml fresh thyme
5 ml salt
garlic — cloves

Method:

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together. Then mix buttermilk with egg and garlic and add to dry ingredients. Place in a medium size bread pan and top with paprika and grated cheese. Bake for one hour.
