Ingredients

 
  • Origanum
  • Little onion and tomato
  • Two slices of low GI bread
  • Lean mince beef
  • Brown bread crumbs
 
 

Method

 
Mix the onion and tomato with the bread crums and mince. Make small frikkadel patties the size of a small wine glass, Fry in a little olive oil until golden brown. Take the small wine glass and press out two bread circles on one slice of bread - enough for 1 small hamburger. Place patty on the bread circle and cover with another bread circle. Put a tooth pick through the Hammie to keep it together in the lunch box. Lettice or cheese can be added.
