Ingredients (10)

marmite — optional
rice cakes — mini
banana
cheese — wedge
pumpkin seeds
orange juice — freshly squeezed
biltong
sultanas
corn bites
peanuts

Method:

Spread some Marmite on mini rice cakes or serve as is. Pack cheese and banana in lunchbox with rice cakes. Mix the rest of the booster ingredients and put in a small plastic bag. You can let your child carry the “booster” bag in their jacket pocket for snacking in between classes to keep blood sugar levels stable.
