Ingredients (7)

nestlé sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp custard powder
1 tsp vanilla — essence
milk — see recipe
tennis biscuits
1 tsp cinnamon — ground
2 eggs

Method:

Place the tennis biscuits as a base in a pyrex dish. Then pour condensed milk into a pot over a low heat. Fill the empty can with 2 and a half cans of milk and add to condensed milk.

In a seperate bowl mix a half can of milk with the custard, vanilla essence and eggs. Once mixed pour into condensed milk mixture and stir until the mixture has thickened over a moderate heat. Once thick pour over tennis biscuit base and dust with the fine cinnamon and allow to set.
Can be served warm or cold.
