Ingredients (9)

1 eggs
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp margarine
mustard
peppadews
2 Tbs flour
salt
chickpeas — tinned
fresh parsley

Method:

Put one tin of drained chickpeas with a handful of parsley, some garlic, an egg, 2 tbsp of flour, 1 tsp baking powder and a little salt and mustard, and a tbsp of peppadews into a food processor and puree. Form into balls and bake in hot oven (200 degrees) for about 10 minute or until golden brown.

Pack in lunch box with a healthy dip of smooth, fat free cottage cheese mixed with a little sweet chilli sauce. Quick, healthy and delicious!
