Chinese fried rice

Quick and easy! Try it out.
 


 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 5
    tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 2 medium sized carrots, cut in very small dices
  • 1 small onion
  • 250
    g
    basmati rice
  • Salt to taste
  • Maggi, 2 cubes
  • 1 medium sized green pepper, cut in tiny dices
  • curry
  • Spring onions, 2 strands
 
 

Method

 
Fry all ingredients in vegetable oil; add 1 cube of Maggi and a little salt to taste. Add a little curry. Cook basmati rice for about 15 min till done Add sauce to the cooked rice and mix together. Serve with chicken in green pepper sauce or any of your preferences!!
