Chicken with herb dough
 


 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 45
    ml
    Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 5-10
    ml
    Dried Tarragon
  • 1.5
    kg
    Whole Chicken or Chicken Pieces
  • 45
    ml
    whole Powder Mustard
  • 30
    ml
    Cake Flour
  • 30
    ml
    soft Butter
  • 5-10
    ml
    Dried Thyme
 
 

Method

 
1. Preheat oven on 180° C.
2. Place chicken in oven dish.
3. Make a paste from the rest of the ingredients & coat the chicken.
4. Cover with light tinfoil, bake in preheated oven for +/- 1 hour.
5. Remove foil & bake for another 35 minutes or until cooked.
6. Serve with roast potatoes.
