Chicken wings

A heavenly combination of greens, veg and chicken.



  • 1
    chicken stock
  • 125-250
    chicken stock
  • 1 tin whole mushrooms
  • 1 packet microwave baby potatoes
  • 10 baby onions (peeled)
  • 1 packet Woolworths spiced organic chicken wings o


Brown chicken wings in a casserole dish. Remove and set aside. Add onions and fry until golden. Add baby potatoes and brown. Layer wings, baby potatoes and onions and tinned mushrooms. Add 125ml chicken stock (made with mushroom juice) cover and simmer for 34 to 45 minutes. Add more stock if needed and basmati rice, roasted butternut or green beans. Serve with green salad.
