Chicken and black mushroom pasta

Ingredients (6)

knorr — Basil Chicken
chicken breast fillets
150 ml cream
pasta — tagliatelle
black mushrooms — whole punnet
fresh parsley — optional

Method:

Cut chicken breasts into strips and fry in olive oil and a knob of butter. Add the sliced mushrooms and fry until tender. Add cream and turn down heat and let this simmer for a bit. Mix Knorr basil chicken packet according to instructions and add to pan. Simmer for another 10 min and turn off heat. Cook tagliatelle according to instructions. Drain pasta when cooked and add to the chicken sauce in pan and mix together. Serve with green salad and crusty bread.
