Cherry papaya orzo salad

Ingredients (10)

20 ml fresh chillies — 573
0.7 g garlic — powder
0.8 g salt
5 ml curry powder — Indian, mild
210 g pasta — orzo, cooked
20 ml honey
70 g cherries — fresh or frozen, pitted
papaya — peeled, deseeded and chopped
70 g almonds — slivered, toasted
40 ml vinegar — cider

Method:

Combine vinegar, olive oil, honey, curry powder, garlic powder and salt in a large bowl. Add orzo, papaya, cherries and almonds. Stir until blended. Chill at least 1 hour and arrange nicely on salad greens. Enjoy with a bottle of Hill & Dale Sauvignon Blanc.
