Method:

Put instant yeast and brown sugar into a mug of warm water. Leave for 10 min. Add this to the flour. Mix to form dough.Grease your tray with lots of oil…this makes your base yummy!! Plonk dough in the middle of tray and press out till it is a thin base. Spread yummy goodies of your choice on top!! Makes one large pizza. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 min. VOILA!!
