Ingredients

 
  • 2
    tsp
    bicarbonate of soda
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1
    tsp
    vanilla essence
  • 1
    c
    raisins or mixed cake fruit
  • 1 1/2
    c
    brown muffin sugar
  • 2
    cups bran
  • 1
    tsp
    salt
  • +/- 2
    cups milk
  • 1/2
    c
    coconut powder (medium)
  • 1/2
    c
    cooking oil
  • 1 1/2
    c
    nutty wheat
  • 1
    c
    cake flour
 
 

Method

 
1. Mix eggs, sugar and oil. 2. Add remaining ingredients and the mild and mix well. 3. Spray the muffin tray, half fill cups and bake for approximately 15 minutes at 180° C.
