Ginger and Mushroom Chicken



  • 1
    Chicken or 6 breasts
  • 2
    chopped onion
  • 2
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1
    ginger ale cold drink
  • 1
    packet of cream of mushroom soup (dry powder soup)
  • 2
    black pepper
Servings: Change Serving


1.Cut chicken into pieces 2.slice onions and mushrooms 3. Put chicken pieces, onions and mushrooms into a casserole dish 4. Sprinkle pepper over 5.Sprinkle dry soup over the veggies and chicken 6. Pour ginger ale over everything 7. stir, cover with lid and bake in 180 C oven for 30-40 minutes (up to an hour if you use chicken on the bone) 8. Serve piping hot over white rice
