Ingredients (10)

8 lamb — pieces
8 pineapple pieces — thick
8 peaches — thick medium pieces
8 strawberries — medium size
6 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp chutney — fruit
2 tsp curry powder — mild
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 salt
4 wooden skewers

Method:

Add brown sugar,fruity chutney,mild curry,worchershire sauce and salt together.

Put into micro for 10 seconds to heat alittle.

Add meat, pineapple, peach, strawberry onto wet skewer sticks in that order and repeat until 2 pieces of each are on one skewer.

Put all 4 skewers into dish and baste with sauce.

Place in oven for 15min on 180 degrees celsius.

Remove from oven,turn and baste well again.

Place back in oven for another 15min.

Remove from oven.
Serve as a main meal with spiced rice and french salad on the side.
