Ingredients (3)

4 orley whip
2 caramel condensed milk — tinned
1 chocolate — Peppermint Crisp

Method:

Whip the Orley Whip and caramel condensmilk together until the mixture is smooth and thick.
Chop the pepperment crisp choclate into chunks.
Refrigerate the ice-cream.
When ice-cream has partially set, add the choclate.
Refrigerate till frozen.
