Flippen lekker fish



 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 500
    g
    deboned, skinless hake fillets
  • 500
    ml
    Bulgarian yoghurt
  • 36
    g
    1 Cream of mushroom soup packet
  • 1.5
    c
    grated cheddar
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Defrost fillets, season with salt and black pepper on both sides. Place evenly in a glass oven tray.Sprinkle fillets with grated cheese. Mix the packet of mushroom soup with the Bulgarian yoghurt and pour onto the fish and cheese in the tray. Season with paprika for some colour, put in a 180 degrees C pre-heated oven for 45 minutes and VOILA!! serve with baby potatoes (parsley and garlic butter)and sweet carrots or salad. YUMMMMMMM!
