Ingredients (8)

100 g dark chocolate
100 g milk chocolate
200 g tennis biscuits
1 tbsp golden syrup
1 tbsp cocoa powder
60 g butter
120 g cream — fresh
30 g butter

Method:

Crush biscuits and mix in golden syrup, melted 60g butter and cocoa powder. Firmly pack the mixture into a 20cm spring form tin and refridgerate for 20 minutes or until firm. For the filling: melt butter and chcolate in a double boiler. Once melted ad the cream and gently stir till the mixture is well combined. Pour over the set biscuit mixture and refridgerate till set. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
