Easy butternut soup

Ingredients

 
  • 2
    onions
  • 1
    butternut
  • 1
    l
    chicken stock
  • 10
    ml
    curry powder
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1
    can
    coconut milk
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Clean and chop vegetable.
Put all ingrediants except coconut milk.
Boil for 30 minutes.
Blend and add coconut milk and boil for further 10 minutes.
Serve with chopped up fresh coriander leaves. (Optional)
