Easter pancakes

This is a great treat for kids or the young at heart for easter.

Ingredients

 
  • 250
    ml
    milk
  • 250
    ml
    flour
  • spray and cook
  • marshmallow eggs
  • 1
    egg
  • a pinch of salt
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
In a bowl, beat the egg.
Add the flour, a dash of salt and then the milk. Use fat-free milk for a healthier bake.
Once the mixture is well beaten, heat up the frying pan. Use a non-stick pan on medium heat.
Add 3 level Tbs of mixture and wait until one side of the pancake is golden brown. Turn the pancake and cook until the other side is cooked to a light brown color.
After the pancakes are done, place them on a microwavable plate.
Place 1.5 marshmellow eggs inside the pancake and fold it. Microwave for 20 seconds.
If you want to degrease the pancakes, place on carlton toweling and allow for the oil to soak the paper
