Ingredients (15)

1/2 margarine
1/2 oil
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 water
2 flour — cake
2 sugar
1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
2 eggs
1/2 Buttermilk
1 salt
2 icing sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp water
1 vanilla — essence

Method:

Place Margarine, Oil, Coco and Water in a frying pan and bring to the boil. Place the rest of the ingredients (Flour, Sugar, Bicarb, Eggs, Buttermilk and Salt) in a bowl and mix. Beat in the hot mixture for about 2 minutes.

Bake @ 180° for 30 minutes.

Method for the Icing
Microwave on high for 30 seconds………….and pour over the top, can also sprinkle with a crushed Peppermit Crisp.
