Ingredients (11)

1 kg chicken — cooked, chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
225 ml mayonnaise
4 sprig celerey — chopped
1 can soup — cream of chicken
4 handful eggs — hard-boiled, chopped
1 tbsp onion — finely chopped
1 tsp salt
3 oz almonds — flaked
4 oz grated cheddar cheese — strong
5 oz potato chips — crushed

Method:

Combine all ingredients, except almonds, cheese and chips. Place in large rectangular baking dish. Top with cheese, chips and almonds, Stand overnight in fridge.

Return to room temperature and bake at 200C for 30 mins or until hot and bubbly.
