Crunchy Chicken with Crisps



 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 1
    kg
    Cooked Chicken, cut up
  • 2
    tbsp
    Lemon Juice
  • 225
    ml
    Mayonnaise
  • 4
    sprig
    Celery chopped
  • 1
    can
    Condensed cream chicken soup
  • 4
    handful
    4 hardboiled eggs chopped
  • 1
    tbsp
    Onion finely chopped
  • 1
    tsp
    Salt
  • 3
    oz
    Flaked Almonds
  • 4
    oz
    Strong grated cheddar cheese
  • 5
    oz
    Crushed potato chips
 
 

Method

 
Combine all ingredients, except almonds, cheese and chips. Place in large rectangular baking dish. Top with cheese, chips and almonds, Stand overnight in fridge. Return to room temperature and bake at 200C for 30 mins or until hot and bubbly.
