Ingredients (14)

60 g soup powder — creamy chicken
60 g soup powder — white onion
250 g mushrooms — sliced
250 g bacon — diced
250 ml cream
750 g mussels
500 ml milk
2.5 ml salt
2.5 ml freshly ground black pepper
30 ml fresh parsley
20 ml mixed herbs
5 ml garlic — cloves, crushed
1 onion
15 ml butter

Method:

Heat the butter in pan.

Saute the onion,mushrooms and garlic till soft.

Add the mussels and the bacon.

In a seperate pot heat the milk and soup powders and bring to boil and stir.Leave for 1 minute than add the cream.

Stir in the salt, pepper, parsley and mixed herbs.
