Creamy Chili Chicken Pasta



 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 500
    g
    Chicken Thighs, cubed
  • 1
    large onion, finely choped
  • 200
    g
    bacon
  • 1
    chili, finely chopped
  • 1
    can
    tomato & ontion mix
  • 250
    ml
    fresh cream
  • 2
    handful
    mushrooms, chopped
  • 1
    tsp
    salt & pepper
  • 2
    handful
    Screw Noodle Pasta
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
In large frying pan, fry onion, chicken & bacon until browned (should take about 7mins) Add chopped chili & can of tomato & onion mix and bring to a boil... Add fresh cream & mushroom, lower heat to a medium & simmer till sauce has thickened. Salt & pepper to taste. If you want it hotter, add more chilli. It also still tastes great without any chili whatsoever... Prepare pasta as instructed on the pasta packet..
